DESCRIPTION

· AOZ18101DI-03/04 is a current-limiting over-voltage protection Efuse for front end protection at the input line.

· Both VIN and VOUT terminals have a 22 V absolute maximum rating.

· Features include programmable soft-start, Input Under-Voltage Lock Out (UVLO), Input Over-Voltage Output Clamp (OVC), and Thermal Shut Down Protection (TSD).

· AOZ18101DI-03 auto-restarts after a fault, while AOZ18101DI-04 latches off.

· Available in a 3 mm x 3 mm 10-pin DFN package.
