DESCRIPTION

· AOZ18101DI-03/04 is a current-limiting over-voltage protection Efuse designed for front-end protection in input line applications.

· Both VIN and VOUT terminals have an absolute maximum rating of 22 V.

· Features a programmable soft-start for controlling inrush current in highly capacitive loads.

· Includes Input Under-Voltage Lock Out (UVLO), Input Over-Voltage Output Clamp (OVC), and Thermal Shut Down Protection (TSD).

· Equipped with an internal current-limiting circuit to protect against large load currents.

· Current limit threshold can be set externally with a resistor.

· AOZ18101DI-03 auto-restarts after a fault condition, while AOZ18101DI-04 latches off after a fault is detected.

· Available in a compact 3 mm x 3 mm 10-pin DFN package.
