DESCRIPTION
· The AOZ5007 is a high-efficiency synchronous buck power stage module with two asymmetrical MOSFETs and an integrated driver.
· Optimized for synchronous buck configuration, the high-side MOSFET features low capacitance and gate charge for fast switching, while the low-side MOSFET has ultra-low RDS(ON) to minimize conduction losses.
· Available in two PWM options: AOZ5007QI for TTL-compatible PWM inputs and AOZ5007QI-01 for 3 V inputs.
· Tri-state compatible, allowing both power MOSFETs to be turned off.
· Integrated boot supply diode and diode emulation mode for asynchronous operation.
· Pinout optimized for low inductance routing, minimizing parasitics.
