· The AOZ5049QI-02 is a high-efficiency synchronous buck power stage module with two asymmetrical MOSFETs and an integrated driver.
· It features a compact 3.5mm x 5mm QFN package designed to minimize parasitic inductance and EMI.
· The module supports 5V PWM Logic with Tri-state compatibility and includes an integrated bootstrap diode.
· It is optimized for low inductance routing and minimal parasitic effects.
