DESCRIPTION

· The AOZ5118QI is a high-efficiency synchronous buck power stage module with two asymmetrical MOSFETs and an integrated driver.
· The High-Side MOSFET is optimized for fast switching with low duty cycle, while the Low-Side MOSFET minimizes conduction loss.
· It features low noise technology to reduce interference and supports PWM and SMOD# input for precise MOSFET control.
· The module includes a bootstrap switch, diode emulation mode for asynchronous operation, and a pin-out optimized for low parasitics.

FEATURES

· Wide power supply range: 4.5V to 25V.
· Driver supply range: 4.5V to 5.5V.
· High output current: 65A continuous, up to 120A with short pulses.
· Supports switching frequencies up to 2MHz.
· Compatible with 3V/5V PWM and Tri-State input.
