DESCRIPTION

· The AOZ5273QI is a high-current, high-performance Smart Power Stage (SPS) designed for DC-DC converters.

· It features two asymmetrical MOSFETs and an integrated driver, optimized for synchronous buck configurations.

· Provides an output voltage signal (IMON) representing real-time module current with a gain of 5mV/A.

· Includes an accurate module temperature monitor (TMON) with a gain of 8mV/°C.

· The standard 5mm x 6mm QFN package minimizes parasitic inductance for reduced EMI.

FEATURES

· Operates with a power supply range of 3V to 20V.

· High-Side MOSFET rated at 30V for enhanced system ruggedness.
