DESCRIPTION

· The AOZ5517QI is a high-efficiency synchronous buck power stage module with two asymmetrical MOSFETs and an integrated driver.

· The High-Side MOSFET is optimized for fast switching with low duty cycle, while the Low-Side MOSFET minimizes conduction loss.

· The compact 5mm x 5mm QFN package reduces parasitic inductance for minimal EMI.

· It supports PWM and/or FCCM input for precise control, is compatible with 5V logic, and includes a bootstrap diode.

· The Low-Side MOSFET can operate in diode emulation mode for asynchronous operation and improved light-load performance.
