DESCRIPTION
· The AOZ6184 is a low-voltage high-speed DPDT switch for USB 2.0 (480 Mbps) source switching.
· Operates from a single 1.65 V to 4.5 V supply.
· Features ultra-low on resistance (8 Ω typ.) and low on capacitance (3.6 pF typ.).
· Ensures fast switching with Break-Before-Make (BBM) functionality.
FEATURES
· Low On Resistance (RON): 8 Ω at 3.6 V supply.
· Low On Capacitance (CON): 3.6 pF at 3.6 V supply.
· Over-voltage tolerance (OVT) on all data ports up to 5.5 V.
· Compact QFN-10 package: 1.8 mm x 1.4 mm x 0.55 mm.
· Broad VCC operating range: 1.65 V to 4.50 V.
· Wide –3 dB bandwidth: 1.1 GHz typ.
