DESCRIPTION

· The AOZ7270 is a 600V AlphaZBLTM product that uses an internal 190mΩ N-channel MOSFET to replace a diode in AC/DC diode-bridge applications, reducing power consumption and improving thermals.

· It replaces the Schottky diode bridge rectifier, which typically causes high power loss and thermal challenges due to its high VF.

· The AOZ7270 is self-powered from the AC line and operates over a -40°C to +125°C ambient temperature range.
