DESCRIPTION
· The AOZ7271 is a 600 V AlphaZBLTM product designed to replace a diode in AC/DC diode-bridge applications using an internal 125 mΩ N-channel MOSFET.
· It reduces power consumption and heat dissipation, improving thermal performance and reliability.
· The device is self-powered from the AC line and operates within a -40°C to +125°C ambient temperature range.
· It is available in an 8 mm×8 mm DFN-4L package.
