DESCRIPTION

· The AOZ9256DI is a battery protection IC with integrated dual common-drain N-channel MOSFET, designed for single-cell lithium-ion/lithium-polymer rechargeable battery packs.

· It features accurate voltage detectors and delay circuits to protect against overcharge, over-discharge, and over-current conditions.

· Available in a 2mm x 4mm 6-pin DFN package, it operates within a -40°C to +85°C temperature range.
