DESCRIPTION
· The AP1016 is a dual H-bridge motor driver IC with integrated under voltage detection and thermal shutdown circuits, suitable for stepper and voice coil motors.
FEATURES
· Contains 2 channel H-bridge drivers in a single package.
· Operates with a control voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V and motor voltage range of 2.0V to 9.0V.
· Supports a DC output current of 0.7A.
· H-Bridge ON Resistance: 0.54Ω at 25°C or 0.72Ω at 85°C.
· Maximum PWM pulse input frequency of 200kHz.
· Includes flow-through current protection, charge pump, UVLO, and TSD circuits.
· Packaged in a 16-pin QFN, 3mm×3mm.
