DESCRIPTION
· The AP1023 is a 2-channel H-Bridge motor driver IC designed for motor operating voltages from 1.6V to 6.5V.
· It can drive two motors or one stepper motor, making it suitable for battery-driven applications.
· The IC features PWM constant voltage control to extend battery life and is housed in a compact 4x4mm 24-pin QFN package with excellent heat dissipation.
FEATURES
· PWM constant voltage control for efficient motor operation.
· Motor operating voltage range: 1.6V to 6.5V.
· Control supply voltage range: 2.7V to 5.5V.
· Maximum output current: 1.45A (at 25°C, both channels simultaneously).
· H-Bridge on-resistance (High + Low): 0.54Ω (at 25°C).
· Built-in charge pump block, under-voltage lockout (UVLO), and thermal shutdown (TSD) circuits.
· Operating temperature range: -30°C to 85°C.
· Compact 24-pin QFN package (4mm x 4mm) with exposed pad for enhanced thermal performance.
