DESCRIPTION

· The APS11700 and APS11760 are micropower Hall-effect switches qualified for 24 V automotive applications, compliant with ISO 26262 ASIL A (pending confirmation).

· These sensors are temperature-stable and operate over junction temperature ranges up to 165°C.

· They feature a micropower regulator with a current draw as low as 6 µA, designed for harsh automotive and industrial environments.

· The devices include on-board overvoltage and reverse connection protection, suitable for direct battery connection in automotive and industrial applications up to 24 V.
