DESCRIPTION

· The APS11700 and APS11760 are micropower Hall-effect switches, AEC-Q100 qualified for 24 V automotive applications and ISO 26262 ASIL A compliant (pending confirmation).

· Designed for harsh automotive and industrial environments, they feature a micropower regulator with as low as 6 µA current draw.

· Suitable for direct battery connection in automotive and industrial applications up to 24 V, with extended junction temperature ranges up to 165°C.
