DESCRIPTION
· The AS1741/AS1742/AS1743 are high-speed, low-voltage, dual SPST analog switches.
· They operate from a single +1.6 to +3.6V supply, ideal for single-cell battery applications.
· The AS1743 supports break-before-make switching.
· Available in 8-pin MSOP and SOT23 packages.

· RON Matching: 0.08Ω (+3V supply).
· RON Flatness: 0.18Ω (+3V supply).
· Switching Action: tON = 22ns, tOFF = 14ns.

· Rail-to-Rail Signal Handling.
