DESCRIPTION

· The ADG819 is a monolithic CMOS SPDT switch designed for low power dissipation and high switching speed.

· It operates on a single supply from 1.8 V to 5.5 V, ideal for battery-powered portable instruments.

· Features break-before-make switching to prevent channel shorting during switching.

· Available in compact 6-lead SOT-23, 8-lead MSOP, and 6-ball WLCSP packages.
