DESCRIPTION
· The AS1751/AS1752/AS1753 are high-speed, low-voltage, quad SPST analog switches.
· These devices operate from a single +1.6 to +3.6V supply, ideal for single-cell battery applications.
· AS1751 features four normally open switches, AS1752 four normally closed, and AS1753 two of each with break-before-make switching.
· Available in 16-pin TQFN and 14-pin TSSOP packages.
FEATURES
· ON-Resistance: 0.9Ω at +3V, 2.5Ω at +1.8V.
· RON Matching: 0.12Ω at +3V, 0.25Ω at +1.8V.
· RON Flatness: 0.1Ω at +3V.
· Switching Speed: tON = 22ns, tOFF = 14ns.
· Current-Handling: 250mA continuous.
· Rail-to-Rail signal handling and 1.8V CMOS logic compatible at +3V supply.
· Operating Temperature: -40 to +85ºC.
