DESCRIPTION

· The ASNT814 2-KMC Generator is a high-speed PRBS generator capable of producing pseudo-random binary sequences from DC to 23Gbps.

FEATURES

· Generates full-length (2^15-1) or (2^7-1) PRBS.

· Offers selectable polynomial power.

· Features a DC to 23Gbps output data rate.

· Includes an additional output delayed by half the sequence period.

· Equipped with an asynchronous reset signal to eliminate the "all zeros" initial state.

· Utilizes fully differential CML input and output interfaces with a 400 mV single-ended swing.

· Operates on a single +3.3V or -3.3V power supply.

· Consumes 740mW of power.

· Comes in a custom CQFP 24-pin package.
