DESCRIPTION

· The ATmega48A/PA/88A/PA/168A/PA/328/P is a low-power, CMOS 8-bit microcontroller based on the AVR® enhanced RISC architecture.

· It achieves high CPU throughput by executing instructions in a single clock cycle, optimizing power consumption versus processing speed.



FEATURES

· High-performance, low-power AVR® 8-bit microcontroller family with advanced RISC architecture.

· Features 131 powerful instructions, 32 x 8 general-purpose working registers, and up to 20 MIPS throughput at 20MHz.

· Includes high-endurance non-volatile memory segments: 4/8/16/32KB Flash, 256/512/1KB EEPROM, and 512/1K/2KB SRAM.

· Supports in-system programming, true read-while-write operation, and QTouch® library for capacitive touch interfaces.

· Peripheral features include two 8-bit and one 16-bit Timer/Counters with various modes.
