DESCRIPTION

· The ATS17501 is a single IC solution for rotational position sensing of ferrous gear targets in automotive and industrial electric motor applications.

· It features a rare-earth magnetic pellet for consistent performance and reliability.

· Three Hall elements create two independent differential channels for accurate speed and direction information.

· Advanced calibration techniques optimize signal offset and amplitude, ensuring accurate switch points over air gap, speed, and temperature.

· The IC is housed in a 4-pin SIP package with an integrated back-biasing magnet.
