DESCRIPTION
· The BB182 is a variable capacitance diode utilizing planar technology, housed in an ultra-small SOD523 (SC-79) plastic package.
· It features excellent matching performance through glidingmatching and Direct Matching Assembly (DMA) procedures.
FEATURES
· High linearity and excellent matching to 2% DMA.
· Ultra-small plastic SMD package with a capacitance range from 2.7pF at 28V to a ratio of 22 between 1V and 28V.
· Low series resistance enhances performance.
APPLICATIONS
· Suitable for electronic tuning in VHF television tuners, specifically Band A up to 160 MHz.
· Ideal for use in Voltage Controlled Oscillators (VCO).
