DESCRIPTION

· Glass-passivated double diffused rectifier diode in a plastic envelope.
· Designed for low forward voltage drop, fast reverse recovery, and soft recovery characteristics.
· Suitable for use in TV receivers and PC monitors.
· Available in the conventional leaded SOD113 package.

FEATURES

· Low forward voltage drop (VF ≤ 1.8 V / 2 V).
· Fast switching with reverse recovery time (trr ≤ 600 ns / 350 ns).
· Soft recovery characteristics for reduced noise.
· High thermal cycling performance.
· Isolated mounting tab for improved safety.
· High RMS forward current (IF(RMS) = 15.7 A).
