DESCRIPTION
· Glass-passivated double diffused rectifier diode with fast forward recovery and low forward recovery voltage.
· Designed for use in HDTV receivers and multi-sync monitor horizontal deflection circuits.
· Available in the conventional leaded SOD59 (TO220AC) package.
FEATURES
· Low forward voltage drop (VF ≤ 1.2 V / 1.25 V).
· Fast switching and soft recovery characteristics.
· High thermal cycling performance and low thermal resistance.
· Peak forward current (IF(peak)) of 12 A at 48 kHz and 10 A at 82 kHz.
· Peak non-repetitive forward current (IFSM) ≤ 100 A.
· Reverse recovery time (trr) ≤ 350 ns / 220 ns.
