DESCRIPTION

· CAPZero™ IC blocks current in X capacitor discharge resistors when AC is connected, reducing power loss to <5 mW at 230 VAC.
· Automatically discharges X capacitors through resistors when AC is disconnected.
· Simplifies EMI filter design by allowing larger X capacitors without increasing consumption.
· Meets safety standards with only two terminals and >4 mm creepage.
· Self-supplied with high surge immunity, no external ground connection required.
· Available in 825 V and 1000 V grades, suitable for various surge requirements.
