DESCRIPTION

· CAPZero™ is an IC designed for automatic discharge of X capacitors in AC/DC converters.
· It blocks current through discharge resistors when AC is connected, reducing power loss to <5 mW.
· Automatically discharges X capacitors when AC is disconnected, ensuring safety compliance.
· Simplifies EMI filter design by allowing larger X capacitors without increasing power consumption.
