DESCRIPTION

· The CAT93C86B is a 16-Kb Serial EEPROM memory device, configurable as 16-bit or 8-bit registers based on the ORG pin connection.

· It supports serial writing and reading via DI and DO pins, respectively.

· Features include a self-timed internal write with auto-clear and an on-chip Power-On Reset circuit.
