DESCRIPTION

· The CAV24C512 is a 512-Kb I2C EEPROM, organized as 65,536 words of 8 bits each.
· It includes a 128-byte page write buffer and supports Standard, Fast, and Fast-Plus I2C protocols.
· Write operations can be inhibited via the WP pin, protecting the entire memory.
· External address pins allow addressing up to eight CAV24C512 devices on the same bus.
· On-Chip ECC enhances reliability for high-reliability applications.
