DESCRIPTION

· The CBTL02GP023 is a high-performance 5 Gbps rail-to-rail low insertion loss 4x SPST switch chip.

· It is optimized for interfacing USB3.0 signals with high voltage off isolation, supporting USB2 or UART signals in dongle or plug applications.

· It features a wide common mode voltage range from 0 V to VDD for all input or output pins.

· Available in a compact DHX2QFN14 package measuring 1.5 mm × 2.1 mm × 0.32 mm with a 0.4 mm pitch.
