Overview

DESCRIPTION

· The CDCLVP1204 is a high-performance clock buffer with four LVPECL outputs, capable of generating four copies of clock outputs from selectable LVPECL, LVDS, or LVCMOS inputs.

· It features an on-chip multiplexer for selecting one of two inputs, with a maximum clock frequency of up to 2GHz and very low additive jitter performance.

· Designed for driving 50-Ω transmission lines, it operates within an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.



FEATURES

· 2:4 Differential Buffer with selectable clock inputs through a control terminal.

· Maximum clock frequency of 2GHz and core current consumption up to 45mA.

· Very low additive jitter: <100fs, RMS in a 10-kHz to 20-MHz offset range.

· Device power supply range from 2.375-V to 3.6-V, with a maximum propagation delay of 450ps and output skew of 15ps.

· Supports 105°C PCB temperature and includes ESD protection exceeding 2kV (HBM).
