DESCRIPTION

· The CDCLVP1212 is a high-performance clock buffer with 12 LVPECL outputs.

· It supports clock frequencies up to 2GHz and has a maximum core current consumption of 88mA.

· The device features an on-chip multiplexer for selecting between two clock inputs, which can be LVPECL, LVDS, or LVCMOS/LVTTL.

· It operates within a power supply range of 2.375V to 3.6V and is designed for industrial temperature ranges from -40°C to 85°C.

FEATURES

· 12 differential LVPECL outputs with a maximum output skew of 25ps.

· Very low additive jitter, typically less than 100fs RMS in a 10kHz to 20MHz offset range.

· Maximum propagation delay of 550ps and supports PCB temperatures up to 105°C.

· ESD protection exceeds 2kV (HBM) and is available in a 6mm x 6mm QFN-40 package.
