DESCRIPTION

· The CPCO Series Current Probes are clamp-on sensors designed for measuring both AC and DC currents with a 160mm aperture.
· They feature a split design for easy installation on existing cables without disconnection, using a captive screw for secure closure.
· These probes avoid the magnetic hysteresis and non-linearity typical of traditional open-loop sensors with magnetic cores.

FEATURES

· Operates in temperatures from -40°C to +85°C.
· Lightweight, under 300g (0.66 lb).
· Low power consumption: less than 0.5W for voltage output; less than 0.8W for 4-20mA output.
· Operates on a single rail power supply of 11-31V.
· Measures current ranges from ±1000A to ±16000A with an accuracy of +/-1%.
· Wide bandwidth from DC to 50kHz (-3dB).
· Offers multiple output signal options: SE, BP5, BP10, MA, RMS, and RMS-MA.
· Includes a power ON LED indicator and reverse power supply voltage protection.
· High rejection of external magnetic fields and output short circuit protection (except for 4-20mA version).
