· The CPH5901 is a composite type device containing an N-Channel JFET and an NPN Bipolar Transistor in the CPH5 package.
· It is designed to operate at a maximum voltage of 15V for the JFET and 50V for the transistor, with current ratings up to 50mA and 150mA respectively.
· The device is rated for a maximum power dissipation of 350mW when mounted on a ceramic board.
· It features a common drain and emitter configuration, enhancing mounting efficiency.

FEATURES

· Incorporates two chips equivalent to the 2SK932 (JFET) and 2SC4639 (NPN transistor) in a single CPH5 package.
· Enhances mounting efficiency by combining JFET and NPN transistor functionalities.
· Available in SC-74A, SOT-25 package with a minimum packing quantity of 3,000 pieces per reel.
· Marking and electrical connections are clearly defined for easy identification and integration.
