DESCRIPTION

· The CY7C68033/CY7C68034 are flexible USB NAND flash controllers from Cypress Semiconductor.

· They feature an integrated USB 2.0 transceiver and smart SIE, with an enhanced 8051 core.

· These controllers are designed for both bus- and self-powered USB 2.0 operations.
