DESCRIPTION

· The FT230X is a USB to serial UART interface IC optimized for compact PCB designs.

· It handles the entire USB protocol on-chip, eliminating the need for USB-specific firmware programming.

· The device includes a 2048-byte MTP memory for storing device descriptors and CBUS I/O configuration.
