· The CY8C41xx is a 32-bit MCU subsystem featuring a 48 MHz Arm Cortex-M0+ CPU with single-cycle multiply capability.

· It includes up to 64 KB of flash memory with a read accelerator and up to 8 KB of SRAM.

· The device supports programmable analog and digital functions, low-power operation, and capacitive sensing with best-in-class SNR.

· It also offers LCD drive capability, serial communication, timing, and pulse-width modulation features.

· Available in various packages including 48LD TQFP, 44LD TQFP, 40L QFN, 32-lead QFN, and 35-ball WLCSP.
