DESCRIPTION

· The CYV15G0104EQ is a multi-rate adaptive equalizer designed to restore signals over 75 Ω coaxial cable, compliant with SMPTE 292M, 344M, and 259M standards.

· It integrates seamlessly with the HOTLink II family of transceivers and features DC restoration for SMPTE pathological patterns.

· The device supports cable length adjustment and mute functionality based on the set maximum cable length.

FEATURES

· Operates at serial data rates from 143 to 1485 Mbps, supporting DVB-ASI at 270 Mbps.

· Equalizes up to 350m of Belden 1694A and Canare L-5CFB coaxial cable at 270 Mbps, and typically 200m at 1.485 Gbps.

· Features carrier detect and mute functionality, equalizer bypass mode, and low power consumption of 160 mW at 3.3V.

· Packaged in a 16-pin QFN, using 0.18 μm CMOS technology, and is Pb-free and RoHS compliant.
