DESCRIPTION

· The CYV15G0404RB is a second-generation HOTLink II™ deserializing reclocker designed for high-speed serial data transfer in SMPTE 292M and SMPTE 259M video applications.

· It supports data rates from 195 to 1500 Mbps per channel, with independent operation across its four channels.

· The device integrates Clock and Data Recovery PLLs, eliminating the need for external PLL components, and features a synchronous LVTTL parallel interface.

FEATURES

· Compliant with SMPTE 292M and SMPTE 259M standards.

· Supports 1.485 or 1.485/1.001 Gbps data rates with the same training clock.

· Features internal DC restoration and selectable differential PECL-compatible serial inputs.

· Includes JTAG boundary scan and Built-In Self-Test (BIST) for at-speed link testing.

· Operates on a single 3.3V supply, with a typical power consumption of 3W.

· Available in a Pb-Free package option using 0.25µ BiCMOS technology.
