DESCRIPTION

· The DM74ALS520 and DM74ALS521 are 8-bit comparators designed for "equal to" comparison of two 8-bit words, featuring expansion or external enabling capabilities.

· They produce an A = B output when the two 8-bit inputs match and the EN input is at a logic LOW.

· Both models include totem pole outputs for wire AND cascading, with the DM74ALS520 additionally equipped with B input pull-up termination resistors for analog or switch data.

· Switching specifications are provided at 50 pF and guaranteed over the full temperature and VCC range.
