DESCRIPTION

· The DN8897/SE/TE/S is a Hall IC integrating a Hall element, amplifier, Schmitt trigger, and stabilized power supply with temperature compensation on a single chip using IC technology. It amplifies the Hall element's output, converts it into a digital signal, and directly drives TTL or MOS ICs.

FEATURES

· High sensitivity with low drift

· Stable temperature characteristics due to integrated temperature compensation

· Wide operating voltage range (4.5V to 16V)

· Operates in alternative magnetic fields

· Directly drives TTL and MOS ICs

· Includes output pull-up resistors (typically 27kΩ)

· Features a "0" gauss point in the zero-cross type hysteresis width
