DESCRIPTION

· The DS1245W is a 3.3V 1024k Nonvolatile SRAM designed to replace 128k x 8 volatile static RAM, EEPROM, or Flash memory. It features a JEDEC standard 32-pin DIP package and an optional PowerCap Module (PCM) package for surface mounting.
