DESCRIPTION

· The DS1250Y/AB is a 4096k Nonvolatile SRAM designed to replace 512k x 8 volatile static RAM, EEPROM, or Flash memory. It features a lithium energy source that remains disconnected until the first power application, ensuring data retention for a minimum of 10 years without external power.
