DESCRIPTION

· The DS1350 4096k NV SRAMs are 4,194,304-bit, fully static, nonvolatile SRAMs organized as 524,288 words by 8 bits.

· Each NV SRAM includes a self-contained lithium energy source and control circuitry that monitors VCC for out-of-tolerance conditions.

· Automatically switches to the lithium energy source and enables write protection during power loss to prevent data corruption.

· Features dedicated circuitry for monitoring VCC and the internal lithium battery status.

· Available in the PowerCap Module package, directly surface-mountable, and typically paired with a DS9034PC PowerCap.

· Can replace 512k x 8 SRAM, EEPROM, or Flash components.
