DESCRIPTION

· The DS21T05 is a SCSI terminator fully compliant with SCSI-1, Fast SCSI, and Ultra SCSI standards, designed for high-volume applications.

· It provides active termination for nine signal lines, enhancing immunity to voltage drops and noise on the TERMPWR line.

· The device integrates a regulator and nine precise 110-ohm termination resistors, supporting actively negated SCSI signals and featuring onboard thermal shutdown circuitry.
