DESCRIPTION

· The EP9301 is an entry-level ARM9 system-on-chip processor designed by Cirrus Logic, featuring a 166-MHz ARM920T processor with integrated memory management unit (MMU).

FEATURES

· 166-MHz ARM920T processor with 16KB instruction cache and 16KB data cache.

· Supports Linux and Microsoft Windows CE operating systems.

· 66-MHz system bus and integrated peripheral interfaces including 16-bit SDRAM, SRAM, FLASH, ROM, and Serial EEPROM.

· Communication interfaces: 1/10/100 Mbps Ethernet MAC, two UARTs, two-port USB 2.0 Full-speed Host, IrDA, SPI, 6-channel I2S, and 2-channel AC'97 audio interfaces.

· Internal peripherals: 12 DMA channels, real-time clock, dual PLL, watchdog timer, multiple timers, and an interrupt controller.

· Package: 208-pin LQFP.
