· Includes a power path circuit for fast system startup, ensuring system rail stays up even with a dead or shorted battery.
· Charging parameters and modes are programmable via a 3.4 Mbps I2C interface.
· Operates at 3 MHz to minimize external component size.
· Manages battery charging in three phases: conditioning, constant current, and constant voltage.
· Features dynamic input voltage control to prevent voltage collapse from weak adapters.
· Available in a 25-bump, 0.4 mm pitch, WLCSP package.
