DESCRIPTION

· The FDMF4061 is a high-performance 60 V Smart Power Stage module optimized for high-current switching applications. It integrates a driver IC and two N-channel Power MOSFETs in a thermally enhanced 6.0 mm x 7.5 mm PQFN package, offering low inductance and resistance for improved current handling and performance.
