DESCRIPTION

· The FIN1102 is a 2-port high-speed repeater designed for LVDS interconnects.

· It accepts and outputs LVDS levels with a typical differential output swing of 330 mV.

· It supports AC coupling with a VBB reference and can directly accept LVPECL, HSTL, and SSTL-2 for LVDS translation.

FEATURES

· Operates at greater than 800 Mbps with a full differential path.

· 3.3V power supply operation with ultra-low power consumption.

· Maximum random jitter of 3.5 ps and deterministic jitter of 135 ps.

· Wide rail-to-rail common mode range and 20 ps typical channel-to-channel skew.

· Power-off protection and >7 kV HBM ESD protection.

· Meets or exceeds the TIA/EIA-644-A LVDS standard.

· 14-lead TSSOP package for space-saving design.

· Open circuit fail-safe protection and VBB reference output.
