DESCRIPTION

· The FIN210AC µSerDes™ is a low-power serializer/deserializer designed for cell phone displays and camera paths.

· It reduces a 10-bit data path to four wires and supports an additional master clock for camera applications.

· Utilizes Fairchild’s proprietary ultra-low power, low-EMI technology.

FEATURES

· Supports 10-bit data and control bits at up to 48MHz frequency.

· Compatible with camera or LCD interfaces and microcontroller usage (m68 & i86).

· Features selectable edge rates and standby current <10µA.

· Core voltage (V DDA/S) ranges from 2.8 to 3.6V; I/O voltage (V DDP) from 1.65 to 3.6V.

· ESD protection (I/O to GND) up to 15kV.

· Available in 32-Terminal MLP and 42-Ball USS-BGA packages.

APPLICATIONS

· Suitable for slider, folder, and clamshell mobile handsets.

· Used in printers and security cameras.
