Overview

DESCRIPTION

· The FPF2495B is an advanced load-management switch designed for applications requiring high integration.
· It disconnects loads from DC power rails (<6V) with low off-state current and high load capacitance (<100µF).
· Features a slew-rate controlled low-impedance MOSFET switch (max 100mΩ) to prevent inrush current and voltage droop.
· Includes over-voltage, over-temperature protection, and Reverse-Current Blocking (RCB) during OFF states.
· Operates from 2.5V to 5.5V DC, suitable for various applications in consumer, medical, and industrial devices.
· Packaged in a 1.22mm x 1.22mm Wafer-Level Chip-Scale Package (WLCSP).

· Input voltage range: 2.5V to 5.5V.
· Absolute ratings up to 28V at VOUT.
· Current capability: 2.8A.
· Adjustable current limit: 0.05A to 2.5A (typ.).

· Output over-voltage protection: 5.6V (min.), 5.8V (typ.), 6V (max.).
· Thermal shutdown and under-voltage lockout (UVLO).
